Ensure WIFI and Bluetooth are enabled on your device
1) Plug adapter into a working outlet
2) Open the TUYA app, and add device (scan) - Add as a smart plug - enter Wi-Fi credentials. Stay within a few feet during device inclusion.
3) Once the pairing is complete you should see OUTDOOR SMART PLUG in device list
