By Purchasing a product or service from Spectrum Laser Lights Corp, the purchaser is bound and agrees to the following terms of service, without exception.

********IMPORTANT NOTICE**********

Laser Lights can be dangerous if not used as intended. These lights are designed to be used indoors or outdoors for holiday or events only. Some examples of misuse but not limited to would be: Pointed at the sky directed onto no structure. Looking directly into the light for long periods, Pointed towards an airport, flight paths, airplanes, motor vehicles, boats. Purchaser accepts, acknowledges and assumes all responsibility and liability, that may arise from improper use of this product. Spectrum Laser Lights or any of its subsidiaries are held harmless from any suite, action or judgment that may arise from any improper use of these products. We reserve the right to deny service or sales to anyone, in cases of misuse or abuse of our policies.

******INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS******

International Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address. Any issues with shipping quotation, please contact us.

Bulk orders or otherwise large quantity orders may have additional shipping fees. Shipping is calculated per single item, where as large quantity orders may have larger dimensional weight, that is not calculated by automated checkout. Destination countries may have higher shipping fees. Contact us for shipping quotation on larger quantity orders. 

We are not responsible and or have no control of any custom fees or additional charges, government fees in the destination country. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees to customs or local postal service.

Batteries: Spectrum Laser Lights Crop reserves the right to remove batteries for remotes on international shipping, to comply with declarations and customs policies. There is no credit for batteries removed. 

POWER ADAPTER: Operates on Voltage of 110v - 240v - The adapters are two prong US plug. You will need a prong adapter to connect to your countries outlet. We provide European, North American, Australian adapters included for your order.

*****STORE POLICY ON SHIPPING (Domestic US)*****

The purchaser is solely responsible for providing an accurate and verified shipping address for receiving orders. Spectrum Laser Lights is not responsible for inaccurate addresses or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Addresses are inputted in the form field by the customer, and therefore unaltered when we receive the order. We fulfill orders based on the addresses provided.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment is picked up from the delivery courier or in transit. Should the purchaser wish to cancel or refund the order, the purchaser shall be responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping delays can occur unexpectedly without notice, especially during peak holiday times (October 1st - January 15th). Spectrum Laser Lights Corp offers NO GUARANTEES on delivery times or expected delivery times. Delayed deliveries shall not be refunded, or discounted, as delays are of no fault of Spectrum Laser Lights Corp. We will do our best to track orders and facilitate delays, however shipping delays are of no fault of Spectrum Laser Lights Corp once the order has been fulfilled and in the delivery couriers possession. In the event a shipment or delivery has been delayed or not delivered, and in progress, a trace can be initiated to locate the package for delivery. During this time a replacement order cannot be fulfilled, until the investigation is complete. Understand by initiating a trace, or investigation it can cause additional delays to the order fulfillment process. The procedure for locating the missing package must be followed first before any subsequent resolution can be issued.

ORDER VERIFICATION POLICY

Paid orders may be held/cancelled at the discretion of Spectrum Laser Lights Corp. to verify order details with the customer to confirm shipping details, items purchased and zip code to confirm correct delivery address and fraudulent order prevention prior to shipping. Spectrum Laser Lights Corp will contact the customer to confirm details via email before releasing the order and providing tracking information. If an appropriate email response is not received from the customer within 24 hours of initial email request, the order is subject to cancellation.

RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS

In the event an order is received damaged, the recipient must contact us within 72 hours notifying us of the damage. We will try and troubleshoot the problem initially to resolve the problem. If a shipping claim is initiated, it may require the cooperation of the recipient and the sender to find a resolution. An immediate replacement WILL NOT be sent out during the claim process or until the damage goods have been recovered. In the event such damaged goods received need to be replaced. We require the product back to perform a product evaluation to determine if the product failed under normal use or was damaged during shipping. The evaluation will determine if the product was dropped, damaged, misused, tampered with, improperly installed, which would not be covered by a replacement and ineligible for a full refund. New replacements are not shipped until we have the product back to determine the cause of failure. We follow the aforementioned protocols throughout the year, with no exception to holidays or special times. "Send me a replacement while I ship this one back, because Christmas is this Friday" is not an exception. We cannot assume the customer can determine the cause of failure by their own evaluation, and shall adhere to this protocols without exception. 

Spectrum Laser Lights Corp, reserves the right to add signature required or proof of delivery on selected orders, due to location of delivery or total value of the order. We may do so without customers consent or authorization, at our discretion. This practice ensures the package was delivered safely and signed for by the recipient at the shipping address, and not stolen from the property, or delivered to the wrong address, to prevent fraudulent orders and false claims regarding verifiable delivery.

Multiple Laser Light and adapter orders on the same transaction are subject to hold times if a model on the order transaction is out of stock. The multiple order checkout cart uses combined shipping discounts applied to more than one Laser Light purchased on the same transaction. If you wish to order multiple lights including a model that is out of stock, but would like the available model in stock shipped out immediately; you must purchase your Laser Lights or adapter separately. When the out of stock model is back in stock, your order will be shipped at that time. Our standard policy on multiple Laser Light orders, is to ship all lights on the transaction order at the same time.

International Orders must ship all lights at the same time, whether in stock or awaiting replenishment. The purchaser may have lights shipped separately at a per light individual cost, billed separately.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Warranty coverage: Limited 1-year warranty – Spectrum Laser Lights warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of receiving product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, non-transferable and only to the purchased products use in normal use and service. If this product is determined to be defective, the manufacturer's only obligation, and sole remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost for warranty evaluation. Product will be evaluated for warranty repair, if the product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged with replacement of same make and model or newer model if purchased model is discontinued. Warranty evaluation will be done in a timely manner, slower around major holidays, and subject to in stock availability. Opening, modifying or dissembling the Laser Light will also void the warranty.

Power Adapters - Power adapters are tested prior to shipping and shipped fully functional. Once plugged in or used, the power adapters in non refundable. Due to the type of use of the power adapter and installation environment, damp and wet conditions and an inability to quality control or predict the users installation environment, voltage surge fluctuations, defective shorted out extension cords, transient voltage spikes, etc... power adapters are subject to a 30 day limited warranty.

Exclusion -RECONDITIONED MODELS: shall receive a Limited 90 Warranty from date of receipt. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, misused, or set up. Not applicable to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer/distributor specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss of damage, including any labor/expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product. Purchaser shall be required to return the product to Spectrum Laser Lights, at their own expense and cost. Additionally, the product must be registered within 30 days of receipt in order for the warranty to be valid. NO EXCEPTIONS. REPAIRS & OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE:

Repairs on in-warranty units will be evaluated and components replaced as needed so long as it conforms with our 1 year limited warranty. Out of Warranty repairs are available on most models, and an estimate for repair can be provided upon request. Please note, any repairs requested during our holiday peak time, may be delayed until after the holidays. Holiday Peak time is October 1st - January 15th. Please contact us to inquire about unit service and repair.

WARRANTY ON POWER ADAPTERS:

All power adapters individually sold, or packaged with a laser projector product, shall have from the date of receipt, a 30 day warranty with no exceptions. Due to the nature of the adapters use, and installation environment, power adapters may be subject to more stringent warranty evaluation. The purchaser shall be responsible for contacting Spectrum Laser Lights Corp within the 30 day period to notify us of any and all issues, and shall be solely responsible for return shipping during the warranty period. Each adapter returned for warranty evaluation, shall be examined and inspected to verify any evidence of misuse, damage, abuse, water damage, physical damage, or improper installation.

WATER DAMAGE:  Adapters are waterproof from the output side of the adapter (output to the device/light). For the warranty to be valid, the input (two prong 110v-220v connection) side of the adapter MUST be covered, wrapped, placed in an enclosure, or waterproofed by some means. Adapters plugged into extension cords, drop cords, exposed outlets and left in the yard uncovered or "unprotected" from the elements, explicitly void the warranty and shall not be covered. The connection into the extension cord IS NOT WATERPROOF! This connection must be waterproofed as water entering the connection can damage the adapter and damage the device plugged in.

Subsequently the user assumes all risks for damage to property, damage to equipment and self when improperly using the adapter products. Spectrum Laser Lights shall not be held liable for and damage or harm caused by misuse of our products. 

 

REVIEW POLICY:

Only verified buyers from our store are permitted to post reviews. Each review is carefully previewed before publishing. Should the review violate and not conform with our policy on reviews, the review will be unpublished. 

The verified buyer must contact us prior to posting a review, if you have an issue with your product after receiving your order. An item damaged during shipping would need to be resolved by our team first. Reviews posted without contacting Spectrum Laser Lights First, will not be published.

Reviews will not be published regarding shipping and transit times. Product Reviews are intended for the customers honest review about the specific product purchased. Product Reviews are not intended for grievances with shipping and delivery times from the carriers. We generally ship all in stock orders within the first 24 hours. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. Especially during peak holiday times. It confuses the public to leave a poor review on a product based on a 3rd party delivery times, which have nothing to do with the product quality. If you have a grievance with shipping time or delays, please contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding a shipping delay. 

Contact us prior to posting a review, if you have an issue with your product after receiving your order. An item damaged during shipping would need to be resolved by our team first! 

Our reviews are for the purchased product and product quality only. A review submitted because the product did not work for your specific application, are not consistent with our policy on the reviewing the product quality. 

Non-conforming Review Example:

 1 Star Review "My order took forever to receive, it worked when I received it, but shipping was not good"

Shipping Times, email response times, your experience with Spectrum Laser Lights and general grievances are NOT considered a PRODUCT REVIEW and will be subsequently deleted as it confused the public about the quality of the actual product. 


CREDIT CARD DISPUTES - CHARGEBACKS

Customers whom initiate disputes with the their payment provider i.e. (PayPal, Credit card, Bank, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) without FIRST contacting us will be immediately and irrevocably banned from our store permanently, towards any future purchases or support, and warranty related claims. The customers information will be entered into our fraud filter and blocked from checkout. It is a violation of our store policy to first initiate a dispute with your payment provider before contacting us about the issue, not allowing Spectrum Laser Lights Corp an opportunity to find a resolution, support the issue and amicably reach a solution.

Spectrum Laser Lights Corp - recognizes that some customers fully intend to purchase goods, receive those goods, and file a dispute with their payment provider, claiming they never received those goods, and ignore the merchant correspondence requests. This is called FRIENDLY FRAUD. - and is essentially white-collar shoplifting. 

CHARGEBACKS - Penalize the Merchant, Create a $15.00-$35.00 chargeback fee to the merchant, create hours of administrative work, submitting evidence to the payment provider that the transaction was legitimate and delivered to the customer. 

We encourage customers to contact us as a first step, prior to filling a dispute, as we can always find a solution to solve the problem.
