We get a lot of questions, and we do try to answer them all...We love hearing from you! Our staff stays very busy fulfilling orders and preparing shipments. CAN I CALL AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE?
Due to the amount of volume with product orders and inquiries, we do not have a call center to answer calls. We are web based only company. Our staff is dedicated to answering email inquires, packaging, billing and order fulfillment. We can best be reached for questions, technical support and warranty support by emailing us on our CONTACT US page.
ARE THE LASER LIGHTS WATERPROOF?
IS THE POWER CORD and ADAPTER WATERPROOF TOO?
NO!!! The power adapter is an open connection. This connection must be placed in a weather proof housing, or enclosure to protect it from the elements. Even wrapping the connection with plastic wrap or weather proof material will be advised over an open connection.
WHAT NOT TO DO: Plugging the power adapter into an extension cord and leaving in the yard! The connection is still exposed, moisture can seep between the 2 prong connection causing the connection to arc, and Laser Light to malfunction. Failure to properly protect the power connection, can be dangerous, and will void the warranty.
CAN THE MOVING LASER MODELS ALSO BE SET TO NOT MOVE?
YES. All of the models SL-28 and up are Dynamic (Moving) laser lights. With the included multi-function remote, you can PAUSE the laser light placing it into a Static (Non-Moving) Mode.
HOW MUCH COVERAGE CAN A SINGLE LASER LIGHT COVER? SHOULD I ORDER MORE THAN ONE?
Each Laser Light Covers Approximately 3,100+ square feet of surface. The outermost edges of the pattern will fade out, and thus TWO laser lights can often times be more beneficial for a vibrate display.
HOW FAR or CLOSE SHOULD I PLACE THE LIGHT TO MY HOME or BUSINESS?
Generally you can get excellent coverage placing the laser light between 30-50 feet from the structure. Further away, you can achieve very wide coverage, however closer will give a more defined and brighter coverage on your display. Each application is different, experimenting with angles and coverage is what we encourage.
DOES ADJACENT or EXTERNAL LIGHT AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE?
These laser lights are very bright! However, they are more detailed and vivid in a darker setting. Nearby Street Lights, Porch Lights, Flood Lights, Landscape Lights can all wash the effect of the laser light display. Finding the right angle and experimenting with placement is what we encourage. We have no way of predicting light conditions in each application. Try and assess your display needs before ordering.
DO YOU HAVE WHITE OR OTHER COLORS? YES
Our Current Color Line is available in RED, GREEN and BLUE. The SL-47 is our white laser and can produce a total of 7 colors. Red, Green, Blue, Pink,Teal, Yellow, White
WHAT IS THE POWER OUTPUT OF THE LASER DIODES?
RED: 100mW 650nm
GREEN: 50mW 532nm
BLUE: 100mW 450nm
Note: GREEN is the brightest color, therefore does not need 100mW (like RED and BLUE) to reach the same light output intensity. Green / 50mW = VERY BRIGHT!

We have no affiliation with any other companies or competitors of Laser Lights, we are our own brand. Our R&D department has purchased, compared and privately tested other Laser Light models and found our Laser Lights to be superior in both quality and price. Our models by comparison appear to be much brighter light output, and smarter circuitry with internal components. We have not found another brand that offers as many models and variations as we have or as competitively priced, and stand behind the consumers purchase with a 1 year warranty. You wont have to wait 3 weeks from receipt of payment to receive your purchase, like other sellers. Our Laser Lights are in stock and ship out within 24 hours of payment (Excluding Holiday Periods). Beware of other Laser Light companies that don't even have Laser Lights in stock, ready to ship. Why would you wait 3 weeks for your purchase? So it can be ordered from an overseas supplier and drop shipped internationally? Not the case when you buy from us!
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM COLORS AND PATTERNS?
YES. With the Dynamic (Moving) models you can pause at different intervals to create a unique custom pattern, or color combination.
CAN LASER LIGHTS BE USED INDOORS?
YES. You can create an amazing indoor affect on walls or ceilings, they emit very low power, very low heat and are safe to use indoors.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO OTHER COUNTRIES? ... WHAT DOES IT COST?
YES!! We ship anywhere in the world. If you receive mail...we can get a Laser Light to you. The shipping service will be economy, as this is the most affordable solution to ship to our international customers. Shipping is calculated at checkout when your address is inputted into the form.
WILL THE LASER LIGHTS WORK ON FOREIGN POWER OUTLETS?
YES. The included power adapter will match the regional power connection for the origin country where the order is placed and has a voltage range of 110v to 240v.
We will include your required power adapter for your country at no additional charge.
CAN A DIFFERENT POWER ADAPTER BE USED?
NO. You must use the included adapter, a different adapter will void the warranty.
FROM THE TIME I ORDER HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
We generally process and ship out paid orders within 24-48 hours. Most US purchasers will receive their order within 1-3 days. West coast PST and remotely located MST buyers can take on average around 4-5 days.
EXCEPTION: Holidays - Due to the extremely high demand from October 1st - January 10th - processing and shipping time may be extended. Unforeseen inventory shortages can occur. If you place an order during this time, we will contact you with an estimated replenishment time on restocking. You may wait for replenishment or request a full refund.
DELIVERY DELAYS: We ship out of our warehouse within 24 hours, however once it is with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL we have no control over delays beyond our control. Please be patient around peak holiday times, the couriers are all inundated with a high volume of deliveries along with regional snow and weather delays. Your package will be delivered promptly.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION: Our database is linked with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and many others. When an address for delivery cannot be verified in our system, we will attempt to contact you to verify the correct address. Please respond timely with accurate address information on your order, so we can ship to the correct location. This is to avoid shipping to the wrong address, package being lost, or returned to sender. Failure to verify your address when we contact you, means we will not ship your package until we hear from you. Measures are taken to avoid fraudulent orders. Please make sure you enter your correct address a checkout. Additionally, P.O. Boxes, mail drops may have restrictions with the specific courier that delivers the route or no delivery at all to P.O. Box without a physical address. Some carries do not deliver to remote regions. If you are aware of specific delivery needs, please contact us with your order with specific delivery instructions so we may facilitate your delivery and avoid issues.
WHAT IF MY ITEM GOES ON SALE LATER - DO YOU PRICE MATCH?: Once orders have shipped or have been delivered, the sale is considered a "previous order" and not eligible for new pricing. We run sales and product promotions, weekend sales, discount codes and price reductions at our discretion, based on inventory levels and product availability. We try and stay competitive with pricing and offerings, however we are not a large scale retailer such as Amazon or Wal-Mart and therefore cannot extend the same price matching policies of other retailers.
DISCOUNT CODES: We will occasionally run sales with exclusive discount codes. The process for adding discount codes is to add all of the items into your cart, including any applicable discount specific items and their TOTAL quantities. Proceed to the checkout page, and input the discount code. The full discount will be applied and deducted from the total before the payment screen.
Discount codes are for new orders only. Previous orders are not eligible for promotional discount codes. Once the item has been marked as shipped, it shall automatically be considered a "previous order" . Discount codes cannot be stacked, or combined...Only one discount code can be applied per order, and in some cases discount codes are limited to one per customer. If you have multiple discount codes, it is an EITHER/OR choice. Chose the greater discount code, or preferred discount code for the promotion and apply at checkout. Double discounting is not allowed.
DOES THE PRODUCT COME WITH A WARRANTY?
YES. Your product will come with a 1 year limited warranty from the product receipt date. Warranty terms are included in the box with your purchase. Warranty replacement may have delays around the holiday times of October 1st - January 10th but will be handled as soon as possible.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY?
Should your Laser Light stop working, and your limited warranty period has expired. We can still repair your Laser Light for a nominal fee, depending on the parts needed. Contact us directly for an estimate on your product repair.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
YES. You may receive a refund for full credit for a period of 14 days from date of receipt, ONLY if the product has been unopened and unused. Purchaser is responsible for returning shipping. A return authorization number must be granted before returning. If the product is determined to be used or opened upon receiving back, the refund shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
CAN I PUT THE LASER LIGHT ON A TIMER?
YES. The laser lights can be plugged into a standard outdoor appliance timer (Taking care to cover the connection). Keep in mind that external timers will interrupt power completely, resetting the laser light settings. The default setting when power is supplied will vary on the model. The static models, will power all colors on. The dynamic models will turn all colors on and be in motion..this is by default.
The best option is to use the timer function built into the light. The settings will be saved on the intelli-board, so long as the light is not unplugged.

WHAT DISTANCE IS THE REMOTE RANGE?
The IR (infrared) remote gives an average range of 14-15 feet away, pointed directly at the front lens of the Laser Light.
The RF (Radio Frequency) remote range from 25 feet to 75 feet away.

HOW LONG WILL THE LASER LIGHTS LAST?
The Laser Lights are engineered to last 8,000+ hours per laser diode. That's decades of use!
CAN THE LIGHTS BE OPERATED IN COLD TEMPERATURES?
YES. The Laser Lights are designed to operate in temperatures of -4 F to 104 F. However there can be very cold climates where temperatures drop below this threshold. During these times, it is recommended to not turn the Laser Light on. The moving models are built with an internal motor that turns the diffraction lenses, giving the moving effect. Cold temperatures below - 4 F can effect the performance. In some cases there may be a 3-5 minute warm up period. Generally temperatures are not a problem, please use the lights accordingly.
ARE THE LASERS DANGEROUS TO LOOK AT?

YES. We have a certified reconditioned program on our Laser Light projectors. The Laser Lights have been tested, and certified including all original materials, and come with a
90 day limited warranty, at a discounted price.
