Marianne, your review is beffudling..as the product title states that the product is a Stanley (Style) quencher. The product description goes on to state this is "not an official stanley product" We do not claim it is a Stanley Product...only a Stanley STYLE container, it is unclear why you would be disappointed, had the description been read befofe your purchase. The container is insulated and keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for up to 12 hours. Many of us here use the quencher and keeps the drinks the same time as other brands.
