Power Supply adaptor cable

I purchased this to connect the 4.5 VDC PS to LED lighting on my outdoor Xmas tree. I cut off the plug and hardwired the cable to the tree lights.

Fantastic Customer Service

My pre-lit Birch tree would flicker briefly then not work. I had no idea what to do or what I needed. I explained my situation and included a picture of what I thought was wrong. Within 10 minues I received a reply from Matt who diagnosed the the C-Tip connector needed to be replaced and that it's cord needed to be spliced ininto the tree's power cord with a water-tight connector. He put the pictures of the two partsI needed and an excellent video of how to make the repair. I had the parts within 3 days time and can't believe I fixed this myself! It's working perfectly now. This is the second time they've rescued me. Thanks to Matt and everyone at Spectrum Laser Lights.

Lori, please email a picture of your original adapter. Model numbers do not always correspond to the correct adapter. The connection can be different.
